Alert message sent 29/10/2020 13:58:00

Information sent on behalf of South Yorkshire Police

***Shared on behalf of Barnsley Council's Director of Public Health***

The Director of Public Health in Barnsley, Julia Burrows, has written the attached letter (PDF) to all residents in Barnsley.

She and her team want to understand the impact COVID-19 has had on Barnsley residents' lives.

In 2017, Barnsley Council and its Public Health Directorate captured a snapshot in time to illustrate the health and wellbeing of Barnsley's residents. They want to do the same again now.

In the letter, you are asked to tell Julia and her team about your physical and mental health on Tuesday 3 November 2020. What you choose to share will be used in Barnsley's COVID-19 recovery plans and you will be kept completely anonymous.

You can complete the diary sheet contained within the attachment and email it to dph@barnsley.gov.uk or you can print it off and post it to FREEPOST BMBC PUBLIC HEALTH.

Alternatively, you can complete your diary online by visiting surveys.barnsley.gov.uk/s/dayinlifeof

Please submit your diaries before Friday 20 November 2020.
