Armthorpe - Speed Monitoring

Doncaster East Neighbourhood officers have been carrying out speed monitoring across Armthorpe. 

The two areas requested this week were:

Cow House Lane, Armthorpe - Whilst officers were in attendance they monitored 47 vehicles and found 5 to be travelling over the speed limit.

Gunhills Lane, Armthorpe - 11 vehicles were checked at this location without any found to be travelling over the limit.

Both these locations are used as through roads by local residents, staff of local businesses and drivers accessing the motorway network. 

A 20mph limit applies at all times to ensure the safety of the local community.
